Production Assistant

The Production Assistant is a versatile member of the production team who provides support across various aspects of the production process as needed. They work as an assistant, and under the direction of, the Production Manager.

Tasks include, but are not limited to:
● Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling rehearsals, coordinating meetings, and managing communication between team members.
● Provide support to Production Manager during rehearsals and performances
● Distribute scripts and other materials
● Assist with the organisation and execution of auditions, callbacks, and casting sessions.
● Assist the design teams with tasks such as sourcing materials, constructing sets, and organising equipment
● Provide support to the front of house team with tasks such as ushering, ticket sales, and audience assistance.
● Be flexible and adaptable to take on additional responsibilities as needed to ensure the success of the production.
